This charming hotel is located in the heart of San Antonio de Belén close to all the amenities like supermarkets, restaurants, movie theaters, stores. The hotel has a kitchen and restaurant area that is currently only used to prepare breakfast and on certain occasions, dinner. The hotel has 16 rooms, some of them have two queen beds and the family ones are furnished with a queen bed and a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top (sleeps 5), and an apartment on the third floor (sleeps 10-12 people). The hotel has parking for up to 16 cars. There is also a commercial office or business premises that can be rented out.

The hotel already has an established solid market with local businesses and multinational companies that bring their employees either from other countries or from outside the Great Metropolitan Area. These employees come to work or to have their trainings for a few weeks or for a few months (some stay for about two-three months). Some companies use the hotel as the place where they hold their onboarding process. They also have guests coming from certain churches. Their clients are also groups coming from Nicaragua, Honduras, Panama, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic. Some of the clients come from India, Colombia, France, BBC. They've also had Japanese clients that come to take pictures of the National Parks. Some of these clients are also families coming from all around the country.
